职位描述：
Role Responsibility:
1. Liaise, discuss and understand the needs of internal cross functional teams, generate the RFQ files.
2. Provide and lead timely sourcing and procurement support to meet requirements for engineering, quality and value at the lowest possible total cost. Includes develop, source and buy samples, materials and services from external suppliers.
3. Quick reaction to generate the product cost breakdown/analysis and identify the qualified supplier.
4. Provide strong oversight with a focus on procurement strategies implementation to achieve exceptional results in cost reductions, quality, delivery and technology.
5. Purchasing documents maintaining, such as outstanding payment, forecast payment, raw material price trend and product cost files by SKU.
6. Visit suppliers regularly to understand manufacturing processes and new developments. Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers.

任职要求：

Desired Capability:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Engineering background is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing or a related field, work with and cooperation from different parties within a sizeable organization.
3. Possess strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
4. Possess outstanding negotiation skills and observation.
5. Well-organized to handle multiple tasks, also good at simplifying a complex project by using WBS concept.
6. Ability to communicate effectively utilizing English and Mandarin both in oral and written form.
7. Have experience in overseas sourcing is preferred.
